EXAM INFORMATION — Updated Friday, Jan. 27

NOTICE!!  Due to Friday afternoon’s cancellation, the Math 621B exam is moved to Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 31.  The Math 521A exam will remain on Monday morning, Jan. 30.

All students should now be working on their exam reviews and on their exam help sheets.  I will ask to see these before your exams, and you know what happens if I find duplicates!

Textbooks

I will call for textbooks to be brought to the book room about 15 minutes before your exam.

Math 621B students who are taking 611B second semester, AND Math 521A students who are taking 521B second semester, will NOT hand in their textbooks.  They will keep them for second semester.

Missing textbooks must be returned (or paid for) in order to see exams and to get your report card in February.

Extra Help

I expect that all major issues should have been dealt with long before now (exam reviews went out on January 3!) and that only quick, last-minute questions remain.  Note that extra help is NOT available the evening BEFORE your final exam.  Here is the last evening for after school help for each course:

• Math 431A:  Tuesday, Jan. 24
• Math 621B:  Wednesday, Jan. 25
• Math 521A:  Thursday, Jan. 26

Over the next week or so, links and pages for first semester courses will be coming down, and links and materials for Island History, Global Issues and Math 621A will be going up.  For students yet to write exams: don’t wait to get copies of assignments or to check a website in your links pages–they may be gone tomorrow!!
